• Discovery of a Major Graphite Seam: The exploration team successfully identified an extensive flake graphite seam with outcrops spanning an area of approximately 8 kilometers by 1.8 kilometers. This significant discovery provides a solid foundation for the continued development of the Valhalla project, positioning MaxPure to capitalize on the growing demand for high-quality graphite, a critical component in the manufacturing of batteries and other clean energy technologies.

• Development of a Comprehensive Geological Database: Through meticulous prospecting efforts and detailed comparison with adjacent properties, the program generated a robust geological dataset. This information has been used to develop an advanced, computer-generated geological model of the Valhalla deposit, offering a clear understanding of the deposit's structure and its potential for future resource expansion.

• Successful Diamond Drilling Program: As part of the exploration initiative, a five-hole diamond drilling program was conducted at the southern end of the deposit, targeting areas of known graphite exposure. The drilling results were highly promising, confirming the presence of high-quality flake graphite at shallow depths, thus validating the initial exploration findings and providing a solid basis for future drilling campaigns.

• Rare Earths and Molybdenum Exploration: In addition to graphite, the program included a study focused on pegmatites in the area, revealing the presence of four rare earth elements (REEs), as well as molybdenum. These discoveries represent additional valuable resources that could enhance the economic viability of the project and provide MaxPure with additional opportunities for resource development.

Looking Ahead: 2025 Exploration Program and Resource Development

Encouraged by the success of the 2024 program, MaxPure is planning a comprehensive 2025 exploration campaign designed to further develop the Valhalla Flake Graphite deposit and advance it toward an Inferred Resource classification. The upcoming program will include additional drilling, further refinement of the geological model, and continued exploration of the potential for rare earth element extraction.

To facilitate this progression, the company has already completed an Assessment Report for the Valhalla deposit, prepared in accordance with the standards of National Instrument 43-101 (NI 43-101). This report serves as a living document that will be regularly updated as new data is collected, offering investors and stakeholders a transparent view of the deposit’s potential.
